Apartment 406 proved to be an excellent first investigation, yielding highly accurate responses through the spirit box. The first occurred when J.K. flashed his camera, prompting the immediate reply, "Can you see me?" While J.K. was in the bathroom, numerous additional responses were captured. The spirit box conveyed details consistent with the death of an elderly man who had passed away due to an accident in that very bathroom.
